4. Ordering and Purchase Process

4.1. Placing an Order: Orders can be placed through the following channels:

4.2. Order Confirmation: Any order placed by you constitutes an offer to purchase our Products. All orders are subject to acceptance by us. We will confirm our acceptance by sending you an order confirmation via email. A contract between you and us ("Contract") is formed only when we send this order confirmation.

4.3. Pricing and Payment:

• All prices are in UAE Dirhams (AED) unless otherwise stated and are exclusive of Value Added Tax (VAT). Applicable VAT will be clearly displayed and added to the total invoice amount as per UAE law.
• Payment must be made in full before order confirmation and shipment, unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept payment methods as specified during the checkout process.
• We reserve the right to refuse any order for any reason, including errors in product or pricing information.

4.4. Delivery: Delivery timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for any delays in delivery caused by unforeseen circumstances or third-party logistics providers. Risk of loss and title for the Products pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

5. Limited Warranty and Returns

5.1. Manufacturer's Warranty: Our Products are covered by the manufacturer's warranty as provided in the documentation included with your purchase. This warranty is limited to defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and does not cover damage resulting from accident, misuse, improper installation, modification, or unauthorized repairs.

5.2. Professional Installation Recommended: To ensure optimal performance and safety, and to maintain the validity of the warranty, we strongly recommend that all Products be installed by a qualified and certified professional in accordance with UAE safety standards and local regulations. We are not liable for any damages or warranty claims arising from improper installation.

5.3. Returns and Refunds: Due to the specialized nature of our Products, returns are only accepted for items that are defective or damaged upon delivery. You must inspect the Products upon receipt and notify us at info@ziewnic.ae within 48 hours of delivery of any defects or damage. All returns are subject to inspection and approval by us.

6.2. Our total aggregate liability to you for any and all claims arising from the Contract or your use of the Products shall not exceed the total purchase price you paid for the specific Product giving rise to the claim.

7.2. The "ZIEWNIC" name and logo, and all related product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of ZIEWNIC GLOBAL TRADING LLC. You are not permitted to use these marks without our prior written permission.
